   Dear Catrina, I was deeply saddened to hear of eddies death recently. We knew each other back in the late 1980s . I knew Eddie to be a man of passion , principle and humour. I always enjoyed our time together . My condolences to you and your family the world was a better place for Eddie he made sure of that. May he rest in peace. John Barrett
